how can I make a payment?

To make it as easy as possible for you to finalise your order our secure online checkout system accepts ‘PayPal’ and Credit Card payments (Mastercard, Visa, American Express) via ‘Stripe’. Note that there is no GST applied to purchases on this website.

How much will it cost to ship my order?

The final delivery cost will vary depending on the size, weight, delivery location and shipping method. Shipping is calculated at check-out. All shipping prices are in Australian dollars and are payable in addition to the product price.


How will my order be delivered?

We use a range of couriers as well as Australia Post. Once an order has been dispatched customers receive an email with their tracking number and delivery details.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders shipped from with Australia will take 2-10 working days to arrive, depending on the destination and shipping method. Public holidays are not considered working days. Orders that ship direct from suppliers in other countries will take 5-15 working days with exception of FedEx express deliveries which take 3-7 working days.

How do I accept delivery?

Please note that for most orders a signature is required upon receipt. Products will not be delivered to an unattended address. If no-one is available to sign for a parcel a card will be left and the parcel will be re-outed to the nearest collection depot.


What If My item is faulty?

We will as per Australian Consumer Law, offer a replacement, credit or refund where a product is faulty, wrongly described or does not do what it is supposed to do.

What if i Change of Mind or it doesn’t fit?

We advise all our customers to read our product descriptions before making a purchase. We include relevant information in product descriptions to assist you to make the right purchase choice. In the event that a product is the incorrect fit for the end user or for any other reason a customer would wish to change their mind the following applies;
– You must advise us of your change of mind within 30 days of the purchase.
– The item must not have been used, altered or damaged in any way.
– The items must be in its original packaging including any instruction manuals and accessories.
– The purchaser is responsible for all return and delivery costs associated with the exchange.
